Our Abu Geisha 6265, produced by José Luttell in Canas Verde, in the Boquete region, belongs to a category of coffee that is redefining the standards. Grown at an altitude of over 1,550 meters, this Geisha benefits from an environment where slow ripening and a wide aromatic range can fully express themselves. The choice of a natural anaerobic process further accentuates this dimension: fermentation, fruitiness, and floral notes intertwine to create a particularly expressive cup.

The coffee opens with a juicy, almost liquid profile, very much like cherry juice, with notes of ripe, tangy red fruit. Then pineapple gradually takes over—more exotic, more tropical—bringing a strong acidity and a rich, indulgent flavor. As it cools, the cup becomes more floral and lighter; the rose note emerges more clearly, bringing that delicate, fragrant signature of Panamanian Geisha coffees.
