Notre Abu Geisha 6265, produit par José Luttell, à Canas Verde, dans la région de Boquete appartient à une catégorie de café déplaçant les repères. Cultivé à plus de 1550m d’altitude, ce geisha bénéficie d’un environnement où maturation lente et forte amplitude aromatique peuvent s’exprimer pleinement. Le choix d’un process naturel vient ensuite accentuer cette dimension : fermentation, fruit et floralité se superposent pour construire une tasse particulièrement expressive.

The coffee opens with a juicy, almost liquid profile, very much like cherry juice, with notes of ripe, tangy red fruit. Then pineapple gradually takes over—more exotic, more tropical—bringing a strong acidity and a rich, indulgent flavor. As it cools, the cup becomes more floral and lighter; the rose note emerges more clearly, bringing that delicate, fragrant signature of Panamanian Geisha coffees. A coffee to savor slowly and, above all, to let cool.
