Since Tanat's inception, we have made the decision to focus on roasting. Our motto is to offer the best and most consistent roasting.

What constitutes successful roasting for Tanat? It is one that awakens your palate and enhances the coffee's original terroir. Every coffee has its own story, and we bear the significant responsibility of highlighting the work of our producers while also facilitating its extraction for you.

We select our coffees directly at the source, in close collaboration with farms, producers, and cooperatives we have known, often for several years.
Each origin is chosen for the uniqueness of its terroir, the mastery of post-harvest processes, and the philosophy of those who cultivate it.

This direct relationship allows us to work with exceptionally fine lots, fully traceable, with a consistency of quality that only trust can guarantee.
Beyond taste, it is also a way to encourage virtuous agricultural practices, respectful of ecosystems and the people who sustain them.

And above all, a simple yet foundational commitment: we will never produce capsules.
Neither practical nor 100% recyclable, they are the antithesis of our vision for coffee.
