Since Tanat opened, we've decided to focus on roasting. Our motto is to offer the best roast with the greatest consistency.
What is a successful roast for Tanat? It's roasting that awakens your taste buds and sublimates the terroir of origin. Every coffee has its own story, and it's our job to bring out the best in the work of our growers, but also to make it easy for you to extract.

We select our coffees directly from the source, working closely with the farms, producers and cooperatives we know, often for many years.
Each origin is chosen for the uniqueness of its terroir, the mastery of post-harvest processes, and the philosophy of the people who grow it.
This direct relationship enables us to work on batches of the finest quality, traceable from start to finish, with a consistency of quality that only trust can guarantee.
Beyond the taste, it's also a way of encouraging virtuous agricultural practices, respectful of ecosystems and the people who sustain them.

At Tanat, innovation goes hand in hand with responsibility.
We optimize every stage of our chain - sourcing, roasting, logistics - to reduce its environmental impact. This means making concrete choices: coffees from sustainable agricultural practices, lighter packaging, rethought transport, rational consumption.
And above all, a simple but structuring commitment: we will never make capsules.
Neither practical nor 100% recyclable, they are the opposite of our vision of coffee.
We defend a living coffee, carefully extracted and respectful of what it represents - for taste, for producers, for the planet.

Since 2016, Tanat has championed a contemporary vision of specialty coffee - at the crossroads of craftsmanship, innovation and taste culture.
