Produced in minute quantities, these exceptional vintages are roasted with goldsmith's precision, to reveal aromatic profiles of unparalleled complexity. A rare sensory experience, designed for those who are satisfied withabsolute excellence.

There is never any commitment on our subscriptions. You can cancel / pause your subscription in two clicks from your account.
You choose your Grind Type : espresso, aeropress, Filter or Whole Beans. We adapt the Grind Type to your extraction.
Frequency: you can receive your coffees every 2 or 4 weeks and cancel your subscription at any time.
Your loyalty is rewarded: as a subscriber, you benefit from an automatic 10% discount on all coffees.
Classic subscription:
We select coffees between 84 and 87 points, ideal for your morning Filter coffee. The selected profiles are more terroir-based, with traditional drying and fermentation methods.
Micro-lot 87+ subscription:
We select the crème de la crème and sometimes supply exceptional coffees in a reduced container (100g minimum on the second coffee).
You'll also find coffees fermented using experimental methods. We push discovery to the limit!
Classic subscription:
The perfect sweet round espresso, we select coffees between 84 and 87 points that are easy to extract and with traditional drying and fermentation methods.
Subscription micro-lot 87+ :
We select the crème de la crème.
