Standard Subscription:
We select coffees rated between 84 and 87 points, perfect for your Filter coffee. The selected profiles highlight the terroir, using traditional drying and fermentation methods.
87+ Micro-Lot Subscription:
We select only the very best and sometimes offer exceptional coffees in smaller quantities (minimum 100g for the second coffee).
You’ll also find coffees fermented using experimental methods. We take the exploration of coffee to the next level!

The perfect, well-rounded, sweet espresso: we select coffees rated between 84 and 87 points that are easy to brew and are processed using traditional drying and fermentation methods.
