POTOSI

Where the legend of Granja La Esperanza begins

Finca Potosí is the historic farm of Café Granja La Esperanza, located in Caicedonia in the Cauca Valley, at an elevation of between 1,400 and 1,860 meters.

Founded in 1945 by the Herrera family, it marked the beginning of the Granja La Esperanza journey. Spanning 52 hectares, the farm specializes in Natural-processed coffees, with controlled cherry fermentation lasting 18 to 50 hours depending on the profile. These methods result in rich, expressive coffees.

Rooted in family tradition yet focused on innovation, Finca Potosí embodies the legacy and consistent quality of Granja La Esperanza.
