These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") govern the relationship between VAYGA SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €506.64, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 820 918 407, whose registered office is located at 189 rue d’Aubervilliers Paris, Voie A, Porte 20, 75018 PARIS, operating under the trade name TANAT coffee, a company specializing in specialty coffee roasting, and any natural or legal person purchasing products and/or services offered by VAYGA (hereinafter referred to as "the Client")
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products and services marketed by VAYGA, whether through its website https://tanat.coffee or any other distribution channel.
Any order placed with VAYGA implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC, which prevail over any other document issued by the Customer. VAYGA reserves the right to modify its GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force at the date of the order by the Customer.
1. PURPOSE
The purpose of these GTC is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of specialty coffees, equipment, and coffee subscriptions offered by TANAT.
By placing an order, the Customer expressly acknowledges having read and accepted these GTC. VAYGA SAS reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time and without prior notice. Changes will only apply to orders placed after their effective date.
2. PRODUCTS
TANAT offers for sale freshly roasted specialty coffees as well as a selection of coffee preparation equipment.
Coffees are sold in packages whose weight may vary within the legal tolerances applicable to foodstuffs, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-690 of October 25, 1978.
Product descriptions and photographs on the website are provided for informational purposes only. While TANAT strives to ensure the accuracy of the information, this information is not contractually binding and cannot hold the company liable for minor discrepancies with the delivered product.
3. orderS
3.1 Placing an order
All orders are subject to availability of stocks and roasting schedules.
Shipping can take up to 10 working days depending on coffee availability and roasting schedule. orders are only dispatched when all products products are available.
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an confirmation e-mail. All orders require obligatory payment on the part of the customer.
A tracking link will be provided to you upon shipment. The delivery times stated are provided as an indication and TANAT cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
3.2 Product Availability
Availability times indicated in product descriptions are expressed in business days (no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) and allow the Client to estimate their expected delivery date.
However, as stock updates are not carried out in real time, it is possible that the Customer may order a coffee that is no longer available. no longer available.
- Definitive unavailability TANAT will inform the Customer by e-mail and propose an alternative solution corresponding to the customer's needs. If no suitable solution is found, the order may be cancelled and reimbursed.

3.3 Modification or Cancellation
Once the order is confirmed, no modification or cancellation will be possible, except in the case ofmanifest error on the part of TANAT.
The information provided by the customer when placing the order will be taken into account for shipment. TANAT cannot be held responsible for any error in the contact details provided by the Customer.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS
TANAT offers coffee subscriptions with regular shipments according to the frequency chosen by the Client.
Upon subscription, the Customer selects the shipping frequency, the Grind Type and can indicate certain preferences. However, coffees sent as part of the subscription are selected by TANAT, based on availability and seasonality of coffees.
The subscription can be canceled at any time from the client area, without charge and without prior notice.
For technical reasons, it is not possible to combine in the same cart a subscription with coffees or equipment sold individually.
5. DELIVERY
5.1 Shipping and Delivery Times
orders are dispatched within a maximum of 10 working days after validation of the order.

The indicated times are provided as an indication and may vary depending on the destination country and periods of high activity (Christmas, public holidays, etc.).
5.2 Carrier Selection
The customer can choose their delivery method:

TANAT shall not be held responsible for any delivery errors related to the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order.
The contribution to delivery costs depends on the carrier selected by the Customer. The corresponding amount is specified before purchase validation.
5.3 Shipping outside the European Union and customs fees

5.4 Delivery delays and liability
The delivery times indicated on the VAYGA SAS (TANAT) website are estimates and depend exclusively on the selected carrier.
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, VAYGA SAS (TANAT) no longer has control over the transit time and cannot be held responsible for any delays, regardless of the reasons (customs, logistical disruptions, strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
The Customer acknowledges that any delivery delay will not result in a refund of shipping costs or compensation from VAYGA SAS (TANAT).
In case of a delivery issue, the Customer must contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided during shipment.
5.5 Package delay or loss
If the package is lost or not delivered, the Customer must contact the carrier's customer service directly.
In the event of failure to resolve the problem with the carrier, the Customer may contact us at hello@tanat.coffee indicating the order reference. We will take all necessary steps to to obtain a refund if the situation justifies it.
However, if the Customer chooses a delivery option without a signature requirement, Tanat cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or delivery of the package to a mailbox or any other location deemed secure by the carrier. The Customer assumes full responsibility for this choice of delivery method.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
6.1 Coffees and perishable goods
In accordance with current legislation, coffees and other perishable goods cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven error on our part.
If the product delivered does not conform to the orderthe Customer may obtain a refund after validation by our customer service.
Visit choice of product options options (grind, format, quantity, etc.) is the the sole responsibility of the Customerand cannot be returned or reimbursed in the event of a selection error at the time of ordering.
6.2 Equipment
The Customer has a legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal and return a equipment.
Returns must comply with the following conditions:
- The equipment must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.
- Exchanges are not possible; only refunds are accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
An exchange or refund will only be possible in the following cases:
- Proven manufacturing defect.
- Damage caused by the carrier during delivery.

7. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included (ATI).
The final amount may vary depending on the applicable VAT rate in the Client's country of residence. This variation will be automatically reflected in the shopping cart during checkout.
Any declaration of the value of goods for customs purposes will be equivalent to the sum of the selling prices of the products ordered.
Payment is made online, exclusively via the secure payment methods offered on the website.
VAYGA SAS (TANAT) reserves the right to change prices at any time.. However, products will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is validated..
Displayed prices are subject to change based on several factors, including:
- Supplier cost fluctuations (e.g., raw material price variations).
- Changes in logistics costs.
- Changes in applicable taxes.
All orders validated before a price change will continue to be billed at the original rate. The new prices will only apply to orders placed after they have been updated on the site.
8. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
TANAT guarantees the quality and freshness of its coffees, in accordance with its roasting expertise and the technologies employed.

TANAT cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to carriers or exceptional circumstances (strikes, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, etc.).
9. PERSONAL DATA
Personal information collected during order processing is used exclusively to ensure the management, follow-up and dispatch of purchases. Under no circumstances will it be resold to third parties..

Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of these GTC will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Paris, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal provisions.
