Any order placed with VAYGA implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC, which prevail over any other document issued by the Customer. VAYGA reserves the right to modify its GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force at the date of the order by the Customer.
1. PURPOSE
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of cspecialty products, equipment and coffee subscriptions subscriptions offered by TANAT.

2. PRODUCTS

3. orderS
3.1 Placing an order
All orders are subject to availability of stocks and roasting schedules.

3.2 Product availability
The availability times indicated in the product descriptions are expressed in working days (no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and enable customers to estimate their expected delivery date.

TANAT offers coffee subscriptions with regular shipment according to the frequency chosen by the customer.

5. DELIVERY
5.1 Shipping and delivery times

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
6.1 Coffee and perishables

If the product delivered does not conform to the orderthe Customer may obtain a refund after validation by our customer service.
