Santa Helena [Chiroso Washed]

Grown by Garrid Muñoz on the 11 hectares of the Santa Helena family estate, located in San Agustín in the Huila region, this exceptional Chiroso is cultivated at an altitude of over 1,750 meters on soils rich in volcanic ash.

With support from the InConexus sustainability program, the farm uses eco-friendly production methods, including a modular wastewater treatment system designed to protect the environment.

In the cup, it offers a lively and complex flavor profile with superb notes of blackberry, raspberry, lemongrass, and hibiscus.
