Mikava [Gesha CM Natural #331]

Founded by Paul Doyle, Mikava is an iconic coffee farm located in Santuario, in the Risaralda region of Colombia. Originally from the United States, this producer settled on this land with a very clear vision: to push the boundaries of fermentation and cup quality.

Grown at an altitude of 1,700 meters, this micro-lot of Gesha perfectly exemplifies this innovative approach. This lot underwent natural carbonic maceration, a meticulous method that brings out the full complexity and aromatic intensity of this prestigious variety.

When brewed, it offers fresh, floral notes of lavender and lemongrass, as well as fruity notes of blackberry and red grape.
