Nestled between 1,500 and 1,920 meters above sea level, the farm benefits from mineral-rich soil and a cool microclimate that promote slow, even ripening of the cherries, ensuring exceptional aromatic complexity.

This batch, produced using a washed process, reveals a cup with a juicy initial flavor profile and a lovely, bright acidity—typical of the SL-28 variety—quickly balanced by a generous sweetness that lends roundness and harmony.
