Darío Rodríguez is a dedicated farmer who has been working the land since 1975 at Finca El Recreo, located at an elevation of 1,670 meters in Gigante, in the department of Huila.

Processed using the washed method, including a 40-hour fermentation, this coffee develops remarkable clarity and a rich body, making it perfect for espresso.
