Ce Geisha d’exception, cultivé entre 1570 et 1850 mètres d’altitude dans la région de la Valle del Cauca, est sublimé par le savoir-faire de Rigo Herrera au sein de la ferme Las Margaritas. Grâce à un méticuleux process Honey, il offre une tasse d’une remarquable sucrosité et d’une belle complexité.

L’attaque est douce et florale, évoquant des infusions apaisantes de camomille et des notes rafraîchissantes de citronnelle. Le corps est soyeux, porté par une acidité fruitée et éclatante rappelant la framboise, pour s’épanouir sur une finale longue, suave et réconfortante de miel de fleurs.
