#2 & #4 Regulator Bundle

Description

This pack includes the Orea Regulators #2 & #4, two silicone inserts designed to adjust the flow rate of your Orea O1 or O2 dripper. By adjusting the flow rate, they allow you to explore different extraction profiles without changing drippers—simply by adjusting the hydraulic resistance.

Regulators are a simple way to fine-tune your recipes to suit your coffees.

The #2 Regulator offers a high flow rate, ideal for filters that benefit from maintaining clarity and vibrancy. It promotes shorter brew times and is particularly well-suited for finer grinds or brews aimed at producing an expressive, well-defined cup.

The #4 Regulator further reduces the flow rate to slightly increase the contact time between the water and the coffee. This restriction provides greater control over the extraction and makes it easier to achieve a balanced cup with more body and sweetness. In particular, it allows you to use a Grind Type coarser Grind Type while maintaining a consistent extraction time.

Made from BPA-free, food-grade silicone, these two Orea Regulators are easy to install in compatible drippers. Their design ensures an excellent seal, high heat resistance, and quick cleaning after each use.
