Description

The Big Boy features a uniquely designed flat base that uses a series of large ridges to keep the filter paper perfectly flat and ensure airflow beneath the grounds at all times. The brewer itself will not clog (it will stop dripping due to backpressure). Some coffees naturally drip more slowly than others because they offer different resistance to water, depending on the processing method, roasting style, etc. However, the device itself is not an obstacle, as it features a large 8 cm opening at the bottom thanks to the ridges. In addition, a large outlet hole in the middle ensures that the coffee always flows through.

The Big Boy is compatible with all Orea Large/185 flat papers or FAST Sibarist papers when used with the Big Boy Negotiator tool. It is also compatible with the Big Boy Wave from Orea.
