Description

G-type filters are the most classic filters in the range. The “G” stands for “General Purpose,” and this is our budget-friendly option. It is smooth on one side and crinkled on the other. We recommend keeping the smooth side on the inside (in contact with the coffee) and the crinkled side on the outside (in contact with the dripper). This paper provides a very smooth brew and has a moderately slow flow rate. It will increase your contact time compared to other flat papers, and you will generally need to grind coarser. The paper is sourced from Japan and cut in China. This paper comes with brewing guides—check the QR code on the bag.
