The Nucleus Paragon V2 is a revolutionary brewing tool designed for Filter coffee enthusiasts, the result of a collaboration between Nucleus Coffee Tools and the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.

Based on “Extract Chill” technology, this device captures up to 40% more volatile aromatic compounds that are typically lost through thermal evaporation. This V2 version, lighter and more ergonomic than the original, features a high-quality aluminum alloy frame with a height-adjustable arm, ensuring full compatibility with most carafes, scales, and drippers on the market (V60, Kalita, Orea).

The process relies on the use of Paragon Chill Rocks, golden spheres with high thermal density: by letting the first drops of the extract drip onto the chilled sphere, a thermal shock is created that instantly locks in the most subtle floral and fruity notes.

The kit includes the complete unit as well as two cooling spheres. It is the ultimate precision tool for transforming a standard cup of coffee into a complex and elevated sensory experience.
