Otemae Maromu Bowl

OTEMAE, also known as "The Way of Tea" in Japanese culture, refers to the series of performances during a Japanese tea ceremony.

Even if it's just one bowl, we want the guest to appreciate it as much as possible. 

This is why CAFEC dedicates itself wholeheartedly to all preparations, movements, and presentations of the “OTEMAE“.

To preserve the vibrant taste characteristics of specialty coffee, simply add a small amount of air. 

To enhance the mellow aspect, whisk thoroughly. By adding air, the coffee's temperature can be adjusted to an appropriate, not-too-hot temperature. 

It is said that adding 30 °C to human body temperature results in the optimal temperature to experience delight.

Made in Japan, this bowl is crafted from porcelain and features an earthy color.

It is safe for microwave and dishwasher use.
