Nestled between primary forest and high-altitude plantations, the farm promotes biodiversity and sustainability while pursuing a constant quest for sensory excellence. Our lot, sourced from the Inmaculada Fellow Farms program, this Papayo Natural is the result of a collaboration between the Holguín family and partner producers selected for their terroir.

In the cup, the profile is remarkably lively. The first sips immediately bring to mind a vanilla milkshake, with a creamy texture. The cup then opens up to reveal juicy raspberry, carried by a vibrant acidity.
