Thanks to its innovative processing method (Anaerobic Culturing), fermentation takes place in the absence of oxygen using a carefully selected culture of microorganisms, which enhances the aromatic complexity while maintaining a well-balanced cup.

The result is a coffee with intense flavor; from the very first sips, the lychee adds an exotic sweetness, setting the tone for the tasting experience. The mango then settles on the palate with a juicy, indulgent texture, before giving way to bright, lingering red berries.
