Description

This pack contains 100 conical filters, characterized by their 0.22 mm thickness.

This paper features a “double-sided crepe,” but with a lower crepe height. The surface area is slightly larger than that of a single-sided crepe, meaning the adhesion zone is also wider. During the first half of brewing, the adhesion of fine powder is not very high, allowing water to flow more easily; however, in the second half, its adhesion becomes stronger, which slows down the water flow.

This flow, initially fast then gradually slowing, imparts body and sweetness to the coffee.

They were designed for use in conjunction with Cafec's conical drippers and are suitable for a single cup.

Features

Each Filter is single-use! To use them, simply rinse them and insert them into your dripper then add your ground coffee before pouring hot water (more usage instructions are available on the packaging).
