Description

The Booster 22 is a revolutionary way to brew coffee; it is a tool designed to increase the extraction yield and drawdown flow rate of your brews using V60 filters and SIBARIST hybrid filters.

Since the discovery of the optimal hybrid cone/paper shape, the Booster addition has been part of the combination – the mesh adds the contact points and flow rate you need at the bottom of the cone. The rigidity of the paper, along with the addition of the mesh, means you have more contact points and a more uniform flow throughout the paper. The hybrid cone/flat design offers a completely new flavor profile compared to traditional cone brews.
