B3 Filter – Hybrid M – 25 units

The B3 HYBRID is a completely unique and innovative Filter designed by Sibarist for cone filters, offering a hybrid between flat-bottom and cone brewing, manufactured with B3 filter paper technology.

Description

The hybrid shape promotes flow through the dripper, providing faster and higher extraction, reducing clogging that can occur with high filtration materials, and preventing the concentration of fine particles at a single point. Furthermore, the porosity of the B3 paper allows for flavor clarity, and the rigidity of its structure minimizes contact points with the dripper, resulting in balanced and uniform cups.

B3 technology was developed in collaboration with Matt Winton (2021 World Brewers Cup Champion) over a full year of prototyping and testing.
