Thanks to its unique zero-bypass technology and flow control valve, this hybrid brewer lets you switch from a full-immersion brew to a traditional pour-over in the blink of an eye. The result? Extractions with greater clarity and sweetness, all with rock-solid consistency.

• Zero Bypass: The cylindrical design forces all the water through the coffee bed. No more water escaping from the sides! You control the strength and yield of your extraction solely through your water-to-coffee ratio and Grind Type size.
• Full control over flow rate (built-in valve): Thanks to its valve, you have complete control over the flow rate. Close the valve for a perfectly saturated pre-infusion phase, or create an endless variety of hybrid extraction profiles (immersion/percolation).
• Ideal size for sharing: Unlike the Mini version, the original Pulsar is perfectly sized for medium to large brews, ranging from 20g to 40g of coffee. It’s the perfect size for making two generous cups or a large mug.
• Spreading shower head: The spreading cap on top ensures even water distribution, gently saturating the coffee and preventing channeling.
