The KB90 represents the latest evolution in the PB line's form. It is specifically designed to increase service speed in high-volume coffee shops while simplifying the barista's workflow. Marzocco has redesigned the portafilter system to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce barista wrist fatigue. Efficiency is further enhanced by the Steam Flush group rinsing system: after each extraction, a jet of steam from the group head is followed by a hot water rinse, ensuring the machine remains clean even during peak hours. This innovative feature mitigates unpleasant aromatic notes that can arise from an unrinsed group. The KB90 enables a new level of expression in machine design. The panels have been designed with the virtual creation of an infinite combination of customizations in mind.
