The KB90 is the latest evolution in the PB line. It is specifically designed to increase service speed in high-volume cafés, while making the barista’s job easier thanks to an improved workflow. Marzocco has redesigned theFilter systemFilter improve workflow efficiency and reduce wrist strain for the user. Efficiency is further enhanced by the Steam Flush feature: after each extraction, a jet of steam from the group head is followed by a hot water rinse, keeping the machine clean even during the busiest peak hours. This innovative feature reduces the unpleasant flavor notes that can arise from an unrinsed group. The KB90 represents a new level of expression in machine design. The panels were designed with the goal of virtually creating an infinite combination of customizations.
