This coffee is the result of a remarkable collaborative effort in the Nyabirongo region, where approximately 230 smallholder farmers grow the prestigious SL14 and SL28 varieties.

At altitudes between 1,500 and 1,800 meters, coffee trees thrive in rich soil, benefiting from the ideal balance of rainfall and abundant sunshine.

Roasted for , this coffee reveals a deep, harmonious body in the cup. The initial taste is marked by a light acidity and notes of red berries, balanced by the sweetness of almonds. The finish lingers with notes of dark chocolate, resulting in a delicious, rich espresso.
