Produced by Eliyas Dukamo & Atiklit Dejene under the Alo Coffee label, this lot comes from plots located at an altitude of 2,200 meters.

The cherries, harvested at peak ripeness, undergo natural anaerobic fermentation for 72 hours in airtight vats before being slowly dried on African beds.

In the cup, the coffee reveals a bright and juicy acidity carried by mandarin and star fruit, followed by a delicate floral note of strawberry blossom and a zesty, luminous finish of pomelo.
