Ce Geisha d’exception, cultivé entre 1570 et 1850 mètres d’altitude dans la région de la Valle del Cauca, est sublimé par le savoir-faire de Rigo Herrera au sein de la ferme Las Margaritas. Grâce à un méticuleux process lavé, il offre une tasse d’une clarté exemplaire et d’une grande complexité.

En tasse, l’attaque a des notes florales de jasmin et la subtilité du thé blanc. Le corps est soyeux, avec une sucrosité marquée de pêche qui s’équilibre parfaitement avec une acidité nette d’agrumes.

Un micro-lot propre et élégant, qui illustre parfaitement le savoir-faire de Granja La Esperanza.
