The Sibarist Booster Cone is an innovative accessory designed to enhance the performance of your pour-over extractions (V60 type). Placed under your filter, this micro-perforated stainless steel cone acts as a flow booster, reducing the contact surface between the paper filter and the dripper cone.

It will provide you with a faster and more uniform extraction, which will enhance the clarity and complexity of your coffees.

How to use it

Place the Booster at the bottom of your cone dripper
Insert a coffee filter and rinse thoroughly
Add coffee and brew as usual
Enjoy an improved extraction and a better cup
