B3 Filter – Hybrid S – 100 units

The B3 HYBRID is a Filter unique and innovative Filter designed by Sibarist for conical filters, offering a hybrid between flat-bottomed and cone-shaped brewing, made using Filter paper technology.

Description

The hybrid shape promotes water flow through the dripper by enabling faster and more thorough extraction, reducing clogging that might occur with highly porous materials and preventing fine particles from accumulating in one spot. Additionally, the porosity of B3 paper allows for flavor clarity, and the rigidity of its structure minimizes contact points with the dripper, resulting in balanced and consistent cups.

B3 technology was developed in collaboration with Matt Winton (2021 Brewers Cup World Champion) over the course of a full year of prototyping and testing.
