Lenin Flores [Washed]

This coffee is produced by the Flores family in the village of El Diamante, in northern Peru, in the district of San José de Lourdes.

Grown at an altitude of over 1,900 meters, it comes from cherries that are carefully harvested when ripe, then undergo a nighttime pre-fermentation followed by a 24- to 36-hour fermentation after pulping, in order to reveal their full aromatic intensity. Slow drying in a ventilated greenhouse ensures a cup of great purity, balance, and expressiveness.

As an espresso, it reveals a beautiful liveliness and aromas of orange peel, almond, and panela, carried by a silky texture and a long, indulgent finish.
